Affiliate Terms

How much is commission?
If your referral pays for CRA in full, you’ll get 30% commission from the price. If they decide to go for the payment plan, you’ll get 20% off each payment.
We’ve made it easier for you, too! As an affiliate, you get to share CRA at a discounted price of PHP 8,700 (or in installments of PHP 4,500 per month for 2 months). That’s a good deal from the regular price of PHP 11,700!
How do I register?
Watch out for an invite email with instructions on how to create your account.
You will need to set up your account with a password. Please skip/ignore the Paypal email field as we will not be paying out through Paypal.
How can I track my referrals?
You can log into your Affiliate Portal anytime to check or change details. Your commission is calculated based on new customers using your affiliate link proceeding to a paid sale. It is not possible to recalculate commission once it is allocated.
You can also view your unique affiliate links to share in the Portal. Each link will identify you as the source of the traffic to our website.
If your referral wants to pay for the program manually (GCash or bank transfer), please message us at [email protected] with the subject Referral for CRA containing the following information: the full name of your referral, their email address, and proof of payment (screenshot must show amount paid, date, and time of payment).
You may not resell our products (by downloading them and selling them), ‘white label’ them (putting on your own logo and selling them), or use extracts (however limited) unless you have our permission in writing before you do so and have applied for the appropriate additional element in our affiliate scheme.
What if my referral has questions?
Please do not tag us individually on Facebook or elsewhere with customer or product queries (pre-sales) or share named emails for us unless we have told you it is fine to do so. If any of your prospects have questions, you may direct them to the Demi Bernice Facebook page or ask them to email us at [email protected].
We are unable to manage or cope with business queries through personal tags to us and our personal social media accounts since they cannot be effectively monitored or delegated and still keep the personal information they contain secure.
If you have a problem with your Affiliate log ins, commission calculations, payments, or marketing material, please contact us at [email protected].
You may not use our personal names, brand names, logos, creatives, artwork or product names, ranges or trademarks on social media except as set out in these Terms to promote our products/services.
Referral commissions
To qualify for commission, the customer must click your referral link and make their purchase. For manual payments, you will need to email us (please refer to the above How can I track my referrals?). Manual payments will not reflect in your portal.
If the customer arrives and doesn’t buy and then comes back via another affiliate’s link, the commission will be credited to the most recent affiliate. The original link will be overridden.
Commission will be credited to your Account once the customer’s payment clears. It is rare we have to refund a customer, but any refunded sales will result in commission being deducted from your Account. Refunds are entirely at our discretion.
A summary of clicks and commissions is available to you by logging into your Account. You will also receive notifications via email for every successful paid referral.
Payment
We pay twice a month via GCash. We will email you if you have a valid payout so we can coordinate the transfer.
We currently sell in Philippine peso only and we pay commission in Philippine peso. If we decide to sell in any other currency, or pay commission in any other currency, we will notify you.
Updates to the Program
We reserve the right to update and change these terms from time to time by sharing updates through email. If you keep on using the Program, that shall signal your consent to the changes.
