To keep our learning community streamlined and secure, our system automatically temporarily deactivates accounts that haven't been accessed for more than 270 days.

Check Your Access Type

Before you submit your request, please note the access duration for your specific program:

• Lifetime Access: Students of The School for Online Coaches and Create & Rise Academy are entitled to lifetime access. Your seat is always reserved!

• Standard Access: Most other courses come with 5 years of access from your date of enrollment.

If you fall within these windows, we just need to "flip the switch" to bring your account back online.

How to Re-activate Your Account

Step 1: Try the "Quick Fix" (Instant Access)

Before filling out the manual request form, your account might still be active in our immediate database!

1. Go to the Login Page and click "Forgot Password."

2. Enter your registered email address.

3. Check your inbox: If your account is active, you will receive a reset link within the hour.

4. Act Fast: The reset link expires in 30 minutes, so be sure to click it immediately.

If you do not receive an email within an hour, it means your account has been archived, and you should proceed to Step 2 below.

Step 2: Access Retrieval Request

If the password reset didn't work, don't worry! Your access is still safe. We just need to manually restore you from our archives.

How to Request Restoration:

1. Fill out the form below with your registered email and course name.

2. Wait 3–5 business days for our team to manually verify and restore your access.

3. Check your inbox for a "Welcome Back" confirmation email.
