The Challenge

By the time we connected, Raya and Trae already had something most online businesses spend years chasing:

The Solution: Strategic Funnel Ecosystem Mapping

I worked closely with Trae to build a complete funnel ecosystem from the ground up, one that reflected Raya’s brand vision, Trae’s operational clarity, and the long-term goal of evergreen cashflow without hustle.

We started by auditing the existing digital assets:

▫️ Free lead magnets (quizzes, podcasts, evergreen webinars)
▫️ 
Low-ticket offers with upsells and order bumps
▫️ 
Mid-ticket and flagship offers
▫️ 
Sales pages and redirect logic
▫️ 
Existing timers and triggers

Then, I designed two comprehensive backend maps that outlined:

Funnel 1: Free Lead Magnet Ecosystem

▫️ Quiz → segmented results
▫️ 
Secret Podcast → gated nurture path
▫️ 
Evergreen webinar → logic-based triggers (watched/missed/didn’t finish)

All pointing to a time-limited discounted offer for Beauty Business Blueprint (BBB), followed by evergreen fallback

Funnel 2: Paid Entry Ecosystem

▫️ Your First 100 Clients ($27) as the main entry product
▫️ Order bump at checkout to increase AOV
▫️ Redirect to one-time upsell: Estheticians Guide to Going Solo
▫️ 5-day window to access BBB at discounted rate
▫️ After 5 days, default back to evergreen pricing
▫️ Built-in logic to handle segmentation paths and email tagging

These were not just visual maps. Every decision was built around behavior:

▫️ What the lead opted into
▫️ What they purchased (or didn’t)
▫️ What content they consumed
▫️ What path would best guide them next

This logic became the foundation of a fully automated backend machine that could finally run 24/7, while staying aligned with Raya’s message and brand tone.

Smart Automations & Funnel Architecture

With the visual systems in place, I created detailed logic flows for the following:

▫️ Segmentation paths based on quiz results, video views, or missed replays

▫️ One-time offer logic with built-in 5-day countdowns that trigger dynamically

The structure was designed in Canva Whiteboards and delivered with complete flow diagrams, conditional logic notes, and trigger suggestions to implement inside Kajabi.

The Collaboration

Raya set the tone and vision, making sure every element of the brand felt intentional, beautiful, and aligned with the experience her community expects.

Trae was my direct point of collaboration. He translated the high-level vision into tactical execution. We moved through audits, strategy calls, revisions, and implementation checkpoints together. He kept things grounded, asked sharp operational questions, and ensured everything aligned with their internal workflows.

Even during a brief health-related pause, we maintained progress and stayed flexible to ensure the project didn’t lose momentum.
